Construction Management
At HJD we act as advocates for our clients performing due diligence in the pre-construction phase, minimizing risks for our clients and starting projects off on their best footing. We deploy our experience and expertise into leading your project from concept to completion. We take total responsibility and accountability for the success of the project. Providing a hands-on approach, our team is dedicated to achieving your schedule, quality of work, and controlling project costs.
Design/Build
With a simplified contract and the collaboration between the designer and builder, Design/Build creates efficiencies within the design phase that maximize the effectiveness of the construction process. The functions of an architect, engineer and construction manager are combined into a single entity for the purpose of furnishing operational advantages for the client and their project. It is important for the builder to work with the efficiencies created within the design phase in order to minimize on-site labor. With over a century of experience in developer driven projects we understand how to evaluate a project, anticipate operating issues and work to the budget.
Post-Construction Services
With 97 buildings built and more to come, we understand that minor problems with cabinetry, lighting, carpeting and the like may not surface until after the space has been in use. With this in mind, we support our commitment to client satisfaction by providing follow-up maintenance for one year after project completion; at no cost to the client.
